We have dealt with Leslie for our past 2 lease deals and our most recent purchase at the end of our lease. He has always been helpful, informative and professional. If we decide to lease or purchase anoth our most recent purchase at the end of our lease. He has always been helpful, informative and professional. If we decide to lease or purchase another lease, Leslie will be our go to guy. Although Alan was professional, he was not thorough and seemed bothered by our questions. We had talked to the finance department prior to our 9am appointment. We confirmed the the length of the loan and the time of our appointment. Alan didn’t get in until 10 and never thought to confirm the terms of our loan. The 1 star for the dealership is because their customer service in general was horrible. Fast, in and out, seamless, was definitely not how I would describe the process. More

My husband and I were very impressed with Alan the Finance guy. He was very open and honest and gave us the correct numbers. He did an Outstanding job with the paperwork. Alan Slakman gave us the be Finance guy. He was very open and honest and gave us the correct numbers. He did an Outstanding job with the paperwork. Alan Slakman gave us the best rates for financing. The check engine light was on when we test drove the car. Alan, made sure the car was taken to the back and checked out. Hensley in the Service Dept did an amazing job keeping us informed on the vehicle parts being replaced because of the check engine light. I would have given a 5 star. The Sales person Miguel didn't do his job 100%. For future reference make sure the vehicle battery has been charged and the check engine light isn't on. More
