The entire process seemed disorganized and unprofessional. Despite agreeing on the price ahead of time, and having submitted my financing application, insurance info, license, trade in VIN, an unprofessional. Despite agreeing on the price ahead of time, and having submitted my financing application, insurance info, license, trade in VIN, and registration several days ahead of time, I was there nearly 4 1/2 hours. This included more than an hour where I sat alone at my salesperson’s desk. I would have greatly appreciated updates, an explanation of my vehicle’s features, a word from a sales manager… anything! After expressing my frustration, I was told they could cover my fuel costs, having driven more than 13 hours round trip. However, I never received this. We have purchased many cars; this was by far the worst experience. In addition, my salesperson seemed unfamiliar with many of the features on my vehicle. I was appreciative of his colleague, a young man who stated he used to help with delivery of new vehicles and was now a salesperson. He was the lone highlight of the day. More
