Hi I’m Alayna! I grew up in Chelsea, MI and recently moved to Monroe, MI in February of 2019. I have 3 dogs, and enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, bike riding and traveling. My favorite vacation place is Captiva, Florida. I grew up around the automotive industry and have been learning as much as I possibly can to help my customers have the best experience. Bought car 3 months ago. Was promised they will fix issues, after several run a rounds, and wasting multiple days off , still not fixed. They seem genuinely concerned, and sympathetic, however, blow of issues, after several run a rounds, and wasting multiple days off , still not fixed. I would not buy from this dealer again and would not recommend to anyone i know!!!! Will more than likely mention on other social media's to warn others!! More

Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I went in to lease a new Silverado 1500 discussed which model I needed with Alayna. She told me if I want the truck we discussed I will need to order it. So in to lease a new Silverado 1500 discussed which model I needed with Alayna. She told me if I want the truck we discussed I will need to order it. So she gave me a paper with a monthly payment guestiment on it without even asking me what terms I wanted. Then I brought my truck in the next Saturday morning to be appraised for trade in value. It took them an hour to get it done and they only looked at it for 10 mins. Alayna brought my keys back to me but did not tell me how much they would give me for the trade in. I called her the next working day and asked her to text me what the trade in value of my truck was and what my monthly payment would be based on that. She did not, so the next day I tried to call her had to leave a message. I waited another day still no text, so then I called a manager which again I had to leave a message. All the manager did was tell another sales person to call me. I told him what I wanted and that Alayna had all the information. He said he would text me the information but I never heard from him either. I emailed Alayna on how dissatisfied I was with this experience and I never got an email or a phone call back. I got completely ignored by two sales people and a manager. Never been treated this bad by a dealership in my life and I have been buying vehicles for 32yrs. Could not leave a negative rating but that is what I believe the rating should be. More
