Alex was awesome and I felt he really cared about making the process as smooth as possible. He did not make me feel uncomfortable about the car buying process which can be overwhelming. I was disappointe the process as smooth as possible. He did not make me feel uncomfortable about the car buying process which can be overwhelming. I was disappointed the car had not been serviced nor detailed prior to test driving or purchase and I waited an additional 2 hours to get that done. I understand service was very busy being a Friday, however I worry not a thorough job was done. Overall all the sales associates were kind and concerned I was still waiting. I am a patient person and the wait and nervousness car wasn’t 100% show room ready despite paying a RECON fee is the reason I cannot give high ratings overall. More

I worked with the dealership and Melanie for over a month through the internet department. I was never pressured and every interaction was focused on getting me what I wanted. When I finally came in, Alex and Al did a masterful job of showing me the vehicle I selected and getting me what I wanted on my Trade. The finance department understood I needed to get somewhere and did an exceptional job of going over the paperwork I was signing and making sure I understood, but also at a quick pace to get me out of there. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and this was the best dealership experience I have ever had from initial contact all the way through the closure of the deal. I can't say enough about the positive experience! More
