Normally a great experience till today when I literally got called a liar by the lady who.checked me in for an oil change. I told her when I drove up I had a coupon and it was in my hand, she never took it got called a liar by the lady who.checked me in for an oil change. So after my oil change she tells me my total and I was like no I have this coupon that I told u about Then she tells me that I should of told her at the beginning. When I stated I did she straight up told me "I don't believe you did". Excuse me but i'm not a liar by any means. She also is snarky saying well the cashier can't adjust this. Like clearly that's why I told u in the beginning. Then she wasn't going to apply the coupon saying she needs to check my account. Seriously chic the coupon has my bfs name on it and the car is on my bfs name, I only go to dodge for my oil changes so I know how they work. I have never left somewhere so flustered in my life. All around a terrible experience with this one lady from start to finish. More

Cos dodge said they replaced part that they did not change, I took my truck to a reputable Repaire shop because I still had problems after picking it up, and found after a 4000+ bill they did non of th change, I took my truck to a reputable Repaire shop because I still had problems after picking it up, and found after a 4000+ bill they did non of the work they said they did, I think I’ll get with the district attorney and see how we can prosecute this fraud. I have bought new cars in the past and they always clean them up real nice, make sure there isn't dust on it from sitting on the lot. Every new car I have ever purchased, even used cars that I have purchased, came with a full tank. My new car from Colorado Springs Dodge came with 1/8 tank of gas, a back window that was so dirty, it looked tinted, the door jams where dirty. I bought the car and left it with them to get the windows tinted, and was picking it up the next evening. They never got around to tinting the windows. (or cleaning it apparently) Said I'll have to drop it off to them for a day and they will do it then. Umm, thats what I just did and they didn't get it done. Makes it a real pain in the xxx to drop it off, get picked up, be without a car, and then get a ride back there. They really dropped the ball on the delivery of my new car. Update After writting this review I was contacted by the sales manager, Albert. He expressed his concerns and insisted he would make things right. I dropped my car off this morning and they got my window tint done and even brought the car back to my house topped off with fuel. Thanks to Albert for picking up the ball and making this right. More

I had went to another dealership that day looking for a Chevy Silverado and but was basically told that that they didn't want to sell me it. I'm sure it was my age that threw them off being a 24 year old wanting to buy a brand new truck but I know that I came out on top going to this dodge dealership and working with Scott finding the truck that fit my needs. He got the job done, sold me what I wanted and am very pleased and will be for the years to come in my new Dodge Ram 3500. Thank you Scott and I cannot see myself in another truck besides Dodge. The time had come to save a little money on insurance and trade 2 cars for 1. Since we were in a time crunch, Scott arranged to finish having the Durango detailed at a later date. In our rush, Scott forgot to put gas in the vehicle and called to tell us he will do that when we return. We can't wait to hit the road with our "new" vehicle. More
