I had went to another dealership that day looking for a Chevy Silverado and but was basically told that that they didn't want to sell me it. I'm sure it was my age that threw them off being a 24 year old wanting to buy a brand new truck but I know that I came out on top going to this dodge dealership and working with Scott finding the truck that fit my needs. He got the job done, sold me what I wanted and am very pleased and will be for the years to come in my new Dodge Ram 3500. Thank you Scott and I cannot see myself in another truck besides Dodge. I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treate I bought my 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel (Hemi) in November because of the way Chris Manois (my salesperson) and Albert Risch (new car Sales Mgr) treated me in the sales process. Not only were they respectful, they also showed patience and flexibility in negotiating the price which made my experience well worth it. I had originally intended to purchase another vehicle (not a Dodge), but when that dealership treated me as less than a valued customer, I literally ran out of there and went straight back to Chris to close the deal on my Durango (which is an absolutely awesome car!). I must say even those who I've dealt with at Colorado Springs Dodge after purchasing my car, including Andy, Skip and Ron in the Service Department, are all about making sure customers have an excellent experience. In fact when I had a question about a "loose" rear quarter panel yesterday, Ron spent a little time with me to clarify the issue. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone wanting a new car and being treated well in the process that they should go to Colorado Springs Dodge because they Rock the Customer Experience! More

How Car Dealerships Should Be! I was so excited the day I ordered my 2014 Dart... then a little more than a month later, life happened. I was not able to follow through with the pur I was so excited the day I ordered my 2014 Dart... then a little more than a month later, life happened. I was not able to follow through with the purchase of that Dart... it broke my heart. Not only was this dealership understanding and sympathetic about my predicament, mind you they have already received the Dart from the manufacture at this point, but they allowed me to back out of the dealer AND RETURNED MY DEPOSIT! Who does that? Colorado Springs Dodge does, that's who! I will praise this dealership to all my friends and family... and when I am able to purchase that dream car of mine, I WILL BE getting it from Colorado Springs Dodge! More
