I dropped off my car, had no communication all day, had to call myself for folllow-up. They had to keep car to following day (Saturday) didnt get around to it. They were not able to certainly diagnose the noise. They gave an estimate for +$1000 to fix my rear window motor. Instead, I am buying the part online and having another service replace the window motor for less than $200 total including the part. And I was charged me the $420 fee to diagnose my two issues, with no resolution. This is why I hate coming to a dealership for service.
