The service I received from Motorworld was favorable from the moment I walked throgh the door. I was greeted immediately upon stepping through the front door and was assisted through the process of looking the moment I walked throgh the door. I was given various options (pre-owned versus new; leasing vs. buying, etc.) and all these options were explained in detail. When I left the Motorworld facility with my options outlined,I was told that I would not be called or hassled and, indeed, I was not. When I called back a few days later, I, again, spoke with Aaron Choman regarding the car we had last discussed. To make a long story short, I told him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. He offered me an excellent finance rate if I purchased the car over the weekend so I drove down on Monday and completed the purchase. Tom Casey worked with me to get the financing application completed and faxed to him. He was very thorough and helpful regarding the explanation of all the paperwork and what it all meant. Jim Partington helped me get set up with the various services available with my new car and Aldo Franconi explained all of the features of my new car in great detail. I am very pleased with the Lexus Team and the service they provided at Motorworld. Excellent! More
