Pretty good….So this all started when I wanted a Santa Pretty good…. So this all started when I wanted a Santa Cruz, I was trading in a Camry and I wanted to know a “ballpark” of a trade value prior to Pretty good…. So this all started when I wanted a Santa Cruz, I was trading in a Camry and I wanted to know a “ballpark” of a trade value prior to driving an hour to this dealer. My sales guy “Zay” was cool but became unresponsive via text and I got tired of him telling me I had to come in to get a ball park value. Luckily the sales manager Jose saw my text feed and realized that no one ever got back to me and reached out. He was SUPER helpful getting be a ballpark idea of what it was worth so that I Can start working numbers on the new car… The only problem is they didn’t have the car I wanted and ended up dealer trading Concord to get the car I wanted in a specific trim. This was all good until I got there and my family simply didn’t fit in the Santacruz. Zay and Jose showed me a few Palisades but the cost on used cars is almost the same if not more than new. Luckily Zay knew his inventory and suggested I look at a Santa Fe. I was specific, I wanted the turbo I wanted awd and a loade car. According to their website they didn’t have anything, and Zay was like wait! We have one that needed to be PDI’d… I instantly loved the Santa Fe and didn’t even know that I was going to like that model. Kudos to Zay for knowing their inventory and Juan for all the back end work. Now the finance guy Gil, he was a character and you could tell he liked his job. I’m super happy with this ride! Here is to hoping I won’t need to use “Americas best warranty” More
