Brandon was somewhat rough around the edges when my wife and I came in to shop for a car. At times, he came across as passive-aggressive and wasn’t always very helpful or clear when answering our questions. and I came in to shop for a car. At times, he came across as passive-aggressive and wasn’t always very helpful or clear when answering our questions. I think he could improve the customer experience by being more friendly, personable, and approachable. One thing that particularly bothered us was that Brandon pressured my wife and me to leave him a 5-star review in front of him before we could complete the purchase. We felt very uncomfortable being put in that position, and we found it to be extremely unprofessional. A customer should be able to provide honest feedback voluntarily and privately, rather than feeling pressured to give a positive review as a condition of completing the transaction. That said, we did appreciate that Brandon was responsive to our messages and made an effort to help us throughout the car-buying process. There were definitely some positives, but the overall experience could have been much better with a warmer, more professional approach and without the pressure to provide a 5-star review. More
