What an easy experience. I called Royal moore and they happen to have the car in stock I wanted. Alejandro Flores was great! I had been trying to get a RAV4 Prime for 3 years. Dealerships in Washington State, where I live, said they could not get them. Oregon dealerships pu I had been trying to get a RAV4 Prime for 3 years. Dealerships in Washington State, where I live, said they could not get them. Oregon dealerships put me on their lists, but never called back. I went into Royal Moore Toyota and talked to Alejandro. He had a car for me in less than 3 weeks! He treated me with respect and was very helpful in keeping me informed of when the car would arrive. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I am so impressed with Royal Moore Toyota, I plan on taking my car back to them for service. More
