The dealer was surprised that I wanted a second key as it’s missing a key. “Two keys present” was on the Checklist. It’s missing a users manual. Again an item they apparently decided to check off of the checklist missed it. Pre-owned certified cars are for people who want peace of mind. Royal Moore sold me a car that isn’t the buy I thought it was. Sales manager Dave hung up on me for pointing out this deception.. The salesman did his best. The Royal Moore management wears blinders and now with me they’re not even taking my calls. Do not purchase a car from Royal Moore Toyota, There are many Toyota dealerships in the area. Go elsewhere and get your peace of mind. More
