This trip started with Mr. Flores making time on his day off to come into work to do paperwork. This was after a weekend of him ‘playing it by ear’ to work around my schedule. Once I reached the dealership I had very little downtime. I literally drank a bottle of water and in that time the paperwork was almost entirely done. For those who are new to Royal Moore from my experiences you can expect a high level of professionalism that has a level of urgency that just seems to match your own. During my first purchase from Royal Moore I had the entire day to browse so the pace was very relaxed and comfortable. However, with this last purchase I was on a strict time table to finish between meetings. Royal Moore’s staff matched that pace and again it was just comfortable. This is what a trip to the dealership should feel like. I am certain that you will be pleased with Royal Moore.
