From my first communication online with Susan, she was great to deal with. All your employees were extremely friendly upon arriving. I must have got 10 offers of water that day. Sarah was great to deal with, not pushy and she was great at bringing the cars to the front for me to test drive. She didn't know, but I did have 2 knee replacements and I wasn't able to walk much. I did have to come back and get something that was left in my traded in vehicle and Sarah came in on her day off to retrieve it for me and leave it at the front desk. I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a vehicle. As far as the finance dept. goes Alejandro was very nice, but I did have to come back to sign another paper. And why I had to sign a Spanish written document, still baffles me, as I already signed the English version. But he did explain to me that it was the law. More
