Really liked our representative DJ and his friendly but no nonsense approach. He stayed after hours and got Alesia Durr involved from finance- we left with a car that night. would highly recommend him and Ms Durr and would buy from them again in the future. More

This was my 6th Toyota and I appreciated there were no games, no back and forth, just straight talk. Everyone was so helpful from the Internet rep Lauren who met us as we walked in, to Eric the sales rep, to Alesia in finance, the scariest Mary where I though here we go.but she was upfront, honest and to point and never pushy, right down to the parts rep, Marcus, who sold us the carpet and trunk mats. We had to wait for the carpet mats but he came out and put trunk mat in for us. Even when I returned a couple hours later with an issue Eric couldn’t help with, he ask someone to come explain in detail so I could understand and gain better knowledge of the new technology (I wish I could remember his name) in my new Avalon Touring. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I even drove and hour and a half to dealership twice (2nd time to take delivery of the exact car I wanted they had to bring in) because it had been recommended to me. Give them a try, I know you won’t be disappointed. More

Honestly, i was starting to feel discouraged about finding the right car since this was day 4 and i wasn't making much progress. My sister suggested that we stop by Anderson Toyota. I've never really really thought about owning a Toyota, but i decided to give it a try. When we arrived, Dave greeted us as we walked inside and made us feel comfortable, unlike the team at Hudson Nissan he made us feel as though he appreciated our presence. In short, i found the vehicle that i really wanted after test driving a few. Dave made me feel comfortable during the paperwork stage, and the deal i got on the car was frikkin awesome! I really appreciated the experience that i had at Anderson Toyota, and i would definitely recommend it to anyone shopping for a vehicle! More

From the first step into the building; everyone was personable and happy to be there. Brent was the salesperson we dealt with and he went through the ropes of the Tacoma and Tundra and was very honest about the vehicles, unlike others that just want to make the money. He wanted to create a relationship with us and to purchase the right vehicle for me. Later on, we met Don and he was very helpful with assisting in making the deal. Further on, we followed up and met with Alesia and was a very truthful finance agent which was very helpful with guiding us in the right direction financially. Last, but not least we met Tonya after the truck arrived and she was very thorough with showing me the amenities in the Tundra! All in all great customer service and very happy I bought my truck from them! Thank y'all! More
