I appreciated how they were low pressure and very quick to finalize the transaction. Their dealings were clear and I unlike other dealers did not try and add a bunch of charges on. He did not show me anything on the Mavrick. He kept wanting shake my hand; I was not there to make a friend, I was there to a buy a Mavrick..I don't know who the sales manager was, but I him twice that Jonah should be fired. The Mavrick is great, but I was not happy to have to pay $129.00 for mud flaps. Because of Jonah I brought them at AutoiNatiion. More

Alex was very friendly, so I don’t blame him for what I am about to say its a 2 star against your mechanics dept and my truck 36k so-called bumper to bumper insurance I purchased, which I am already having am about to say its a 2 star against your mechanics dept and my truck 36k so-called bumper to bumper insurance I purchased, which I am already having to use due to the probably evaporator and they said its not a bumper to bumper insurance I purchased by Ally. We couldn’t get the bed cover done upon purchased, but worked that out later. I was satisfied, but it was inconvenient for me and the gas + time it took me to do it. Now, the truck has a smelly cab coming from the vent. Ford in Denver thinks it may be the evaporator. Now, Ally insurance wont cover it until they can prove it, which means I have to pay to get it taken apart and have to rent a car for multiple days to check it out… now, if it is NOT the evaporator inside the cab (Filter doesn’t appear to be changed, so we have to do that too). Then, I have to pay the hourly rate which is over $230 per hour. If it IS the evaporator that is dirtying the cab filter, the Ally insurance will only pay $159 per hour. I have to pay the balance. I haven’t even had the truck for a month before all these things came to light. Your mechanics could have corrected this… but did not. Also, I was told the insurance WAS bumper to bumper… but, it was not per Ally insurance. More

Spoke to Nacho, when I dropped it off, told him some of the issues going into it. Yet, never called about anything. I went days without hearing from him. And when I picked up the truck, I asked him several the issues going into it. Yet, never called about anything. I went days without hearing from him. And when I picked up the truck, I asked him several times if they confirmed the issue was resolved. He kept on saying yes.I had the truck for 24 hours before having more issues then when I brought it in. He claimed it was just a result of the age of the car. When I called asking if anyone drove it to confirm that it wasn't a fluke thing. They said that they only went off the report from the first time. No one drove it because of the noise, which I told them at the beginning it was there since I bought the car. No one drove it, in the first visit either. Just going off a computer readout, which I did before I brought it in. After talking about the issue, they told me if they just repaired what I asked then whats the point of them. Extremely rude and I will never use them again. Cost me $1600 to be lied too, and it created a situation where I now have to trade my truck in because of what they did. More
