Took a full 24 hours for an alignment and tire rotation. Brought my car in at 3p the day before my 6:45am appt. By 12:30p, I had not heard anything. Called him again at 1.45p and could only leave a vm telling him I needed my car and would be there 2:15 to pick it up. Got there at 2:20 and could see my car up on the rack.
