I am a strong fan of vehicle maintenance and usually have a good experience with the employees at Bloomington Acura. They are accommodating. Bought my MDX eight years ago and have been going there since purchase for routine maintenance. Love the concierge pickup and delivery feature. Glad their car wash is once again operational. More

The device department is really good. The only issue I have is with the pricing . I have talk to the Honda dealer and get a quote from them and their pricing is always lower. Acura service department keep doing great job helping me with the issues my 2004 Acura TSX requires. They are professional, respectful and accommodating all the time. We have been very pleased with the way we have been treated since we bought our first Acura in 2001 (2002 MDX) only regret is that there is no dealer in Rochester MN. If we were not happy with out expe treated since we bought our first Acura in 2001 (2002 MDX) only regret is that there is no dealer in Rochester MN.
