They turned around I had a transmission issue with my car, towed it to dealership Sunday night and called Dealership first thing on Monday when they opened up at 7:00 am I had a transmission issue with my car, towed it to dealership Sunday night and called Dealership first thing on Monday when they opened up at 7:00 am (scheduling department -service advisors didn't pick up at 6:30 pm when called). The scheduler was not customer friendly (being nice) but scheduled me for a Thursday appointment with no car for 4 days. He even went to the extent stating if you want, talk to the manager and he will say the same thing when I asked "do you schedule so full with no room for unscheduled service calls either". The service manager never called me but rather I saw the email stating my appointment was booked for Thursday. Service advisor did call finally on Monday noon and indicated he will try to get it in if there is an opening before. They finally looked at the car on Wednesday and confirmed it was a false transmission fail issue. I would say Service Advisor at least was empathetic with the situation. The good thing about this is they did not charge me for the initial diagnostics. The only thing I would say is, if they could have done this on first thing Monday, I wouldn't have had to wait and spend on Lyft and Uber for my travel. But over all I would still say it is a good experience. I have been with facility for over 12 years now - buying car and servicing all at this place. More

Since we live 4 1/2 hrs from the nearest dealer, this created an unexpected problem. Your dealership provided us with a free loaner over Thanksgiving and succeeded in finally fixing the problem. We aren't happy about the need to repair a nearly new car, but we were very happy with the excellent service you provided More

Super service, my first maintenance at this Luther Alex was very attentive to the issues I brought up with my MDX and checked them before I left the check-in desk. EXPRESS TUNE UP DUE Bloomington Subaru has always been very professional and I always keep the same mechanic. They also need full serice washing. 9again, related to limited space) I will not go to any other Subaru dealership in the twin cities. Please put the mechanics on this page also. Work took 2 hours, with no car wash, but with an accidental oil spill on manifold that is still making inside an acrid stink hole. I just hope that it will burn off soon... Service rep very professional and explained that stink should dissipate soon... we’ll see. More
