Always on time and on estimate I have had two Acura autos services here over the past 4 1/2+ years, and have always been taken care of well. Comfortable environment, and friendly st I have had two Acura autos services here over the past 4 1/2+ years, and have always been taken care of well. Comfortable environment, and friendly staff. I nearly always wait for my vehicle, and rarely have they gone over the time estimate. If a longer appointment was required, a loaner has always been available with no issue. I higlhy recommend. More

Ablsoultely Client Focus! I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistanc I live in north metro and was attending a conference on the south end of town. In a panic late on a Friday afternoon I contacted Luther for assistance (I thought possible a hose was broke or the radiator was busted). The Service professional calmed me down, gave me a number for a tow, if needed and told me who to ask for once I arrived after 5:00 p.m. I was only 3 miles away at the Hilton was able to drive to Luther Bloomington. They immediately took my car in, did a full inspection, and washed my car. No work was required, thank god! However, they did advise me of what is needed soon and was prepared to complete that work. I so appreciated their client service focus. It wasn't about just the car it was also about me the customer. My experience with Acura has been great - they make excellent cars when cared for will give you great performance always. The dealerships are professional and the Best! Luther Bloomington - you are a Life Saver and most importantly, you left me feeling totally confident about your commitment to your client and service. Thank you. More

Awesome service, but shuttle miscommunication I've been coming here for 5 years and have never had anything to complain about. One thing happened yesterday, however, that wasn't a big deal to me, I've been coming here for 5 years and have never had anything to complain about. One thing happened yesterday, however, that wasn't a big deal to me, but could be for others. I was called about 3:15 to let me know my car was ready. I was then told the shuttle would pick me up at 4:00. I expected a call from the shuttle driver, but since I didn't hear anything, I assumed the message from the service desk was my time to get picked up. So, I left my office to wait at the front of the building because I knew the shuttle driver would be busy at that time of day, so I didn't want to be the one causing him a delay. When no one showed up, I texted the service desk about 4:10 to see if the driver would be calling before he picked me up. At 4:20, I got a text back saying the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later, with no one arriving, I texted back wondering if he was on his way. I knew traffic was bad, so I assumed that was the delay, but wanted to be sure I wasn't forgotten. I then got a call from the driver saying he would be able to pick me up in 10 minutes. He picked me up and was very apologetic. He said he was sent to Eagan first for a 4:00 pickup and he was the only driver in the afternoon. It seems to me like the service desk should have known that he wouldn't be able to pick me up at 4. I was glad I didn't have to be anywhere at a certain time because it would have been much more frustrating than it was. I realize that there are usually 2 drivers, but just some communication between the driver and service desk would have helped a lot. More

The staff at Bloomington Acura and Subaru parts and service are always friendly, efficient and great to work with. No one loves getting their vehicle repaired but they make it as painless as it can be. More

Wait was too long and ridiculous charge I made an appointment for a light that was showing on the car. I just bought this car about 3: weeks ago and I figured I make an appointment and take I made an appointment for a light that was showing on the car. I just bought this car about 3: weeks ago and I figured I make an appointment and take my car to an Acura dealer. I got there on time for my 7am appointment. I didn't leave this dealership until 10:55am, this waa almost 4 hours wait and no one said a word to me until I asked. Guess what they charged me for 3 hours of labor to change break lining and change oil. What a rip-off. The guy I worked with Alex was a really nice guy but the wait time and charge was unjustified. Granted I was late to a conference I was attending and I had to cough up $458.00 unnecessary ($300) labor charge. More
