My experience that day was probably the best I have ever had . Alex Bear is so nice and conscientious . I have never worked with anyone there that was as thorough as he was . I got my oil changed and the service representative, Alex, said that I needed to also get my brake fluid changed. I explained the I just had got my brake fluid changed in December and it shouldn't nee Alex, said that I needed to also get my brake fluid changed. I explained the I just had got my brake fluid changed in December and it shouldn't need to be done again. I explained that if my brake fluid was clean that I would be writing a review on the website. He said that I should trust him and something about if we were sitting in church together the situation would be different. My break fluid is clean so the service rep was recommending something that didn't need to be done. My suggestion to Alex - take two minutes to check the fluid with the customer while they are at the dealership and own your mistakes. More

I really disappointed to have a service at this location. I brought 4 brand new tires for my car. Two of the tires has a nail on each one. I’m taking for service at the Luther Broodale Honda at Brooklyn I brought 4 brand new tires for my car. Two of the tires has a nail on each one. I’m taking for service at the Luther Broodale Honda at Brooklyn Center, MN. My tires still under warranty. The Alex Bear told me that. It’s still under warranty. My car needs two tires replacement but it’s still under warranty they will replace two free tires for me. But they don’t have the right size of my tires today. The Alex Bear schedule a time for me to come back replaced my tires for me. When I go back to replace the tires they only give me one tire. And still give me a hard of time. They patch one tire, but now that one tire still leaking air. I don’t feel good about this situation. If they have my size of tires on that service date everything will be okay. When I go back for the second time. They give me Ally Bisset a different service person. They started all over again and everything is different. I brought this Honda brand new from this Dealership and do all my service from this dealership and I don’t feel happy. Now I drive three of the tires I brought over a year ago and one brand new tire. I don’t even know the car will be safe to drive with one brand new tire or safety issues for the car itself. More

People should bring their own pen to sign papers to avoid virus -I hadn't thought of it. More
