My experience at Shottenkirk was excellent. Alex, sales, was attentive without being pushy and provided me plenty of options and alternatives to evaluate and drive. I had a great experience. Alex was very patient and friendly. He didn't rush me into making the wrong purchase. Most salesman are rude and pushy which makes me hate car shopping. It was my first visit to the dealership. I scheduled a service, with the possibility of making a new car purchase. Emily in service was very pleasant and helpful. I had spoken to Alex in Sales on the phon service, with the possibility of making a new car purchase. Emily in service was very pleasant and helpful. I had spoken to Alex in Sales on the phone after looking at TrueCar.com. I liked that he was not pushy and only called at the agreed upon times before I visited the dealership. On the day of my visit, Lane worked with me to find a vehicle I liked. I was unsure if I wanted a new Accord or Passport. I also met the Sales ManagerJason. Everyone was pleasant and professional. When I got to closing, Jorge was great and did a great job explaining the extended warranty and gap insurance. I plan to use the dealership in the future for service and my next purchase. More
