5 Stars All Around The difference between this dealership and ones I've dealt with in the past was like night and day. Adam E. was quick to respond to my online inquiry The difference between this dealership and ones I've dealt with in the past was like night and day. Adam E. was quick to respond to my online inquiry and gave me his mobile for any follow-up information I needed. I spoke to him the morning before I drove out from Madison and he assigned me Alex B. in sales for when I arrived. I found the vehicle on the lot and Alex met me outside. He handed me the keys with his card and said take your time. That's how it should be. No distractions while test driving. I drove the vehicle, inspected the exterior, and headed back intent on purchasing it. While the used car manager did his appraisal on my trade-in they detailed the car. After agreeing on numbers I applied for financing and met with Jordan for signing. Big shout out to Jordan for being so genuine and approachable. This is usually the person you dread the most at a dealer, but he was honest and straightforward. Really nice guy. I met with Wade for a tech demonstration and I was on my way. 5-star service from everyone all around. I can't speak highly enough about my experience here and I look forward to returning for a future purchase. They aren't a large volume Lexus dealer, but the customer service alone is worth the visit. Nice work guys. You earned it. More

"Lexus Wade" is great!!! We recently purchased an RX350 SUV and traded in our 2000 Honda. While the Honda was pretty tricked out for its time, the RX350 has gadgets for everything. The day we bought the car I asked Wade to at least show us the minimal features needed to get us home. Wade showed us these and so much more. He was very clear on his explanations of a feature and made good suggestions as how to set it up. As an Engineer, I was asking a lot of questions. Wade was able to answer all my questions right off the top of his head, clearly and concisely. He mentioned many times that he was available through texts, emails or in person anytime to answer any questions we may have. Wade is a professional, and his affable manner invites communication and dialog. More

The Lexus of Brookfield Team Far Exceeded Our Expectations My husband and I had worked with Grover in the past and purchased our 2nd Lexus with him, instead of our long term loyalty to our local Walworth Count My husband and I had worked with Grover in the past and purchased our 2nd Lexus with him, instead of our long term loyalty to our local Walworth County Dealership. Upon arrival we met Alex first. He informed us that Grover is no longer at the Brookfield Lexus Dealership and he assured us that he would take good care of us. We told Alex we saw a car online that we wanted to see. As Alex went to get the car we saw online, we were roaming the showroom and 2 other Lexus team members asked us if we needed assistance with anything and both invited us to have a cup of coffee or espresso while we waited for Alex. One wasn't even a sales person, he was the finance manager that still took the time to offer us assistance. Alex brought the car to us very quickly, and we LOVED it! We negotiated the price with Alex and the deal was made that day. Alex explained to us how meticulous he was with his customers and would make sure our car was PERFECT for us to pick on Monday. He did exactly what he said and on Monday he greeted us at the door with a dozen red roses as we picked up the car! WOW! We were shocked and very impressed. Just like he did at our first visit with him, he served us with espresso and delicious chocolate chip cookies while we completed the paperwork. Once the paperwork was complete, he connected us with Wade the technology guru who very patiently explained in detail, how to use our new Lexus technology. He was so patient and took so much time with us! (1 1/2 hours!) He seemed to LOVE training us and had such awesome enthusiasm in teaching us how to use the many great tech options that Lexus provides. We found out it was also his wedding anniversary, and there he was with us at 7pm!! Even more shocking, he suggested we program his number in so we can call him anytime for those technology 911 moments! We did program his cell number in our phones and both were so impressed with that suggestion. After completion of the training, we figured Alex had left, but no...he was in the parking lot waiting to see us out and wish us well with our new car! Alex DID what he said...he took care of us from start to finish and WAY exceeded our expectations!!! Grover was good...Alex was off the charts GREAT and we will definitely be his clients long term!!! Thank you Lexus of Brookfield, for building an AWESOME team!! More
