We had gone to several other dealers in the community; none offered us an acceptable deal. Sunday, June 24th, my husband saw an ad on Facebook for Honda’s. As a spur of the moment event, we decided to see what Honda had to offer. We were met at the door by a sales person named Alex. We talked to Alex about our needs and wants. We test drove a vehicle, which both my husband and I liked. Alex did NOT apply any form of pressure for us to buy or not buy. Offers were made and we eventually spoke with Steve. Again, not pressure was applied while Steve tried to work out the best dealer he could offer; which by the way, superseded any other dealers offers. We decided to make the commitment – signed some forms and were then referred to Ramy, the business manager for paperwork. At NO time during this event was there any effort to pressure sell. We were treated like friends not customers. My husband and I can only say – Thank You. More
