Neither one could actually get a tech to pick up the phone. I got hung up on twice during all of this. I did not get a response from a tech until 5 pm. Only because I kept calling as they close at 6 pm. Still never heard from Jonah once all day after the initial check in automated text. Alex and Miguel were unprofessional and rude. They never even touched my car but at 5 pm (for my 8 am appointment) my car was going next on the lift. Wouldn’t be done with the recalls until the next day. Why make an appointment. Your poor planning and communication in the service department needs tremendous work. More
