We waited too long for the finance department and the finance officer was apparently too tired to be informative. We ended up paying more than necessary for a new tag because we were not informed of the options beforehand. More

The first time the salesman was pushy to the point of discomfort, the second the salesman didn’t know anything about anything. This last and final time was an absolute pleasure. Alex has been the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He is personable, respectful, professional, and down to earth. The attention to our needs and detail is unsurpassed. We drove a hard bargain and Subaru was not only up for the challenge but stayed open late and made the deal happen. Alex has since followed up to make sure we are satisfied and to confirm we had no additional needs. He has made us feel like he had our back and we jokingly even mentioned inviting him to dinner. we will be needing another vehicle in the near future and will not be contacting anyone but Alex. Thank you for making this a great experience! More

Overall not a pleasant experience JC got pushy and nasty on the phone and kept pushing, almost loss a sale for Alex. Then when I arrived to sign the paperwork for the agreed upon deal JC got pushy and nasty on the phone and kept pushing, almost loss a sale for Alex. Then when I arrived to sign the paperwork for the agreed upon deal, appt time 1:30, at 3pm I was still not even beginning the process! I got up to walk out before they took me in to sign. When they switched my plate they discarded the metal personalized license plate frame on my plate (that my children had given me) and replaced it with their cheap plastic advertisement! It is now 12 days post purchase and I have yet to receive the "extras" I was charged for per the sticker and missing per the delivery receipt. No one has returned my calls since the moment I drove off the lot either! Overall very poor customer service and left with a very negative impression of the culture and sales processes here. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! More
