Our experience with Alex Carver and Weber Ford in granite city was by far the most stress free we have ever had. My wife saw the car she wanted and emailed the dealership. Alex was quick to respond and after explaining our budget and financial situation to Alex he assured us it would not be a waste of time. Saturday afternoon I got off work at 3pm in downtown st.louis and picked my wife up nearby. We drove to Weber Ford in Granite City where Alex had the car my wife wanted waiting for is. Alex gave us the keys and allowed us privacy while we looked the car over and took our test drive. After returning we sat down with Alex and filled out paperwork. A short time and pleasant conversation later we were signing paperwork in the finance managers office keeping us in our assigned budget. We were handed the keys to our new car and drove home. I pulled into my driveway just before 6pm completely satisfied with not only the vehicle but the experience as well. Thank you Weber Ford. More

It reminded me of an old mom and pop business, where they believe and practice customer service. Tim is a great salesman no pressure. They could not do enough for us.
