The lack of professionalism and utter disrespect we experienced was appalling. We came in several months ago to inquire about leasing our next vehicle and will never return to this dealership again. Al experienced was appalling. We came in several months ago to inquire about leasing our next vehicle and will never return to this dealership again. Alex Chu was dismissive with our questions and went to the lengths of suggesting we seek other “non luxury brands” based on our concerns. We’ve been long time clients of BMW and have never encountered an exchange like this. Alex’s attitude and choice of words were not only condescending, he is also a travesty to the brand and industry. We have never been treated with such disdain at any dealership or service center in our decades of vehicle ownership. More

The respectful and collected appearance is utterly disgusting. All promises before the purchase are lies. He also gets the plate wrong from the DMV, which should be a commercial plate but he got a per disgusting. All promises before the purchase are lies. Alex Chu and James Callihan were fantastic Alex just delivered an x5 to my office, white with brown leather interior. First off let me start by saying the 2020 X5 is major upgrade from the 2017 Alex just delivered an x5 to my office, white with brown leather interior. First off let me start by saying the 2020 X5 is major upgrade from the 2017 model which was very outdated and did not feel luxurious at all. The drive is better, navigation and infotainment, Handling is tighter, Suv is quicker, lighting is nicer, finally, lane-changing warnings and driver assist. There are 40 features 30 standards that come now with this x5. Keyless entry and AUTO START FINALLY! Apple car play, wireless charging I can go on and on. That said all of these improvements priced us out of the lease but Alex and James worked with us and we are glad to stay in the BMW family. I have been driving one for 15 plus years. Nothing like it. No games, no fuss just honest quick to the point. Thank you guys for not wasting my time or yours and helping out where you could. Service was 10 stars plus. Alex is professional, smart, easy-going and pleasant to work with. BMW sells itself and you have BMW enthusiast that likes the product and understands it. A good salesperson sells to someone who wants to buy and values those serious customers. Time not wasted. The ones that can identify that better do better. Tks Jeff More

Problem solvers I had a Tech issues with my 2019 X5. Steve Itkin my service advisor made sure the car got repaired and did his best to keep me comfortable while they I had a Tech issues with my 2019 X5. Good price, but new car was damaged I bought a new 2019 M5 from BMW of Freeport. The dealership gave me a great price on the car, and a good price on my trade in. Doing the transaction w I bought a new 2019 M5 from BMW of Freeport. The dealership gave me a great price on the car, and a good price on my trade in. Doing the transaction was also very smooth and easy. That is why they get two stars. However the brand new M5 had tons of scratches on it. The hood, trunk, bumpers all had light to moderate scratches on the surfaces, including some very long scratches across the hood. I do not understand how they store their cars, but i was shocked that a new $120k car would be so carelessly looked after. I did not have the dealership detail the car given bad reviews of their service department, and I wanted it detailed by my own detailer who specializes in detailing (vs any dealership where they may use a machine, dirty cloths, etc). I was very disappointed about the condition of my car, and would suggest other buyers closely inspect their cars before leaving the dealership. More

Great new car sales and CPO sales I bought a new 2017 x3 fir the wife and Matt handled everything great. Great price and service whenever you need him to clarify or get something done. I bought a new 2017 x3 fir the wife and Matt handled everything great. Great price and service whenever you need him to clarify or get something done. Two months later I went back and got a CPO 2014 x1 and Alex did a great job from start to finish. Fixed up scratches, replaced two tires with chipped rubber on the sidewalls for the CPO x1 before I picked it up and fixed the chipped rim with a written iou after I picked it up. This is not the old Hassel bmw. He even called me to come in for an airbag recall I had no idea about. He went beyond what a sales rep does. Best way to have returning customers is to keep them alive right? I would not hesitate to buy from Freeport bmw. Thank you Matt and Alex. The Service Department I'll write a separate review. But sales was no hassle and down right easy and stress free. Professionalism and respect you expect from the BMW dealer. We all know we paid dearly for. Cha ching. More
