We are long time Lexus owners and were interested in buying a new SUV. When we came in for a short service visit for my husband's 200CT, she introduced us to Tom Hakimi and from the beginning, we felt very comfortable with him. He showed us the new NX 200T in the showroom. He suggested that if I was the least bit interested, I should drive one. He got one and brought it up front and off we went. That sold both of us! But I think if we had felt any kind of pressure from Tom, we might have been turned off. He was very professional throughout the afternoon. He made sure we were comfortable and worked with us to get us what we wanted. Rene Echevarria, in finance, was also very nice to work with. And when we came back the next day with our trade in, Alex Colon was happy to 'sub' for Tom who was busy with another client. He successfully set our garage door opener for us! I highly recommend this dealership for sales and service. We have never been disappointed. More
