Although the exact car we wanted with specific options wasn't on the lot, Alex quickly located what we were looking for and we were able to sign a contract in short order. He worked with us on price so the deal was a win-win for both of us. He was extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. When we went to pick up the car, he walked us through all the features which was very very helpful. We love the car and the whole experience. Prior to arriving at Lexus Melbourne, we called the dealership and spoke with Shane. Shane was very professional and pleasant as well. He was prompt in getting information back to us and was the main reason we drove 60+ miles to buy the Lexus we wanted. More

I'm not going to buy today I was sure I was not going to buy that day! I had looked the day before with a salesman whom I'd worked with before (Shane) & found a car I "liked" . I was sure I was not going to buy that day! I had looked the day before with a salesman whom I'd worked with before (Shane) & found a car I "liked" . The next day (Shane was off) a fellow salesman (Alex) spoke about what I wanted. Off he went to find a car he thought I would "love". It had been sold the night before, he checked another one & it too had been sold. He kept looking all over the lot! In the back, out of the corner of my eye I saw a car that looked interesting. He immediately got the keys... Yeah it was love... Alex really worked hard to find me a car. Very professional. He was very patient hearing all of my requests. When we finally made a deal he didn't pressure me, but let me decide. Because "I wasn't going to buy today" (which he told me later he hears every day :) I love this dealership. This is my 2nd car here. It's no surprise they are number one! Sales, service, selection, they have it all! More
