Sold me a lemon Last Thursday I purchased a 2012 Honda CRV with 66,000 miles on it. On the way home I noticed the transmission was shuddering and slipping I texted Last Thursday I purchased a 2012 Honda CRV with 66,000 miles on it. On the way home I noticed the transmission was shuddering and slipping I texted the salesman and told him to call me. He never did call me back. Took the car to The dealership on Saturday. I asked them to call the salesman off the lot and come to the office. They called him but he never did show up. I talked to the service manager and they took the car in and said they would do some repairs. The transmission was slipping the air conditioner was not working the two backseats would not lay down because the latches were defective and the keyless entry key fob did not work. They had it Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. I texted the dealership on Tuesday and told them that I was out of food in the house and I needed a loaner car. They said they would get back with me the next day. They said my car was ready in the morning but I could not come and pick it up until the afternoon. I picked it up and the air conditioner was still not working. The key fob also did not work. Upon driving home the transmission was still shuddering. So far nothing has been fixed. I will give them another chance to fix it. As far as I can tell I spent $15,000 on a very defective vehicle. More

Purchase of used car Sales person did not setup my phone or go over important features. And I was given only 3/4 a tank of gas. I realize Alex was very busy. I returned here because my daughter got excellent service.i didn’t feel like I got the same courtesy. I love my car, but upon leaving I was told if it made me feel any better about my purchase the dealership losr a little over $2300 on the deal. I also left without a handshake. No price deduction on the car and it had been on the lot 79 days. More

Outstanding service I’ve been a Steve Landers customer since moving here 5 years ago. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. 60000 mile check smooth and fast I knew that yne 60000 mile service would take a little longer that usual but there was also a recall to be dealt with. Instead of 3 to 3 1/2 hours, m I knew that yne 60000 mile service would take a little longer that usual but there was also a recall to be dealt with. Instead of 3 to 3 1/2 hours, my car was ready in less than 2 hours. I am always impressed by the professionalism and expertise of the people in the service department. More
