wow what an experience! customer service and communication is at an exceptional level. The whole team I dealt with functioned as one. proudly will always buy a car or truck from them. Everything went very smooth with the delivery of my new truck, from starting to find the right truck for me to driving it off to home. I can't explain how great of a time I had. Also everyone I talked to turned out to be a new friend. Thanks St Cloud Toyota for changing a frustrating car buying process to one that was fun and enjoyable for me!!!! More

Very kinda staff and they were helpful in finding a car for me at the price I wanted. Was told over the phone the car would come with the ability to start the car from the fob which was not the case. The salesman I worked with told me he would give me two prices on the vehicle I purchased. One with the inspection and lifetime warranty and the other without as is. I came to find out after speaking with prices on the vehicle I purchased. One with the inspection and lifetime warranty and the other without as is. I came to find out after speaking with a supervisor that the vehicle must be inspected and is against policy otherwise. I purchased the vehicle on a Saturday. I was told by the salesman that the vehicle will be inspected and ready for pickup the following Monday (would not have purchased otherwise). When I called Monday morning I was told that the vehicle would "maybe" be inspected and ready Wednesday or Thursday. I called the salesman and told him I was not satisfied with that, since I was reassured by him the previous Saturday that the vehicle will be ready Monday. It was at that time I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He told me he will do the same as the supervisor would. I asked him "are you refusing to let me talk to your supervisor ?" I had to ask him that same question three times before he told me that a supervisor will call me "in a little bit ", and then he hung up the phone on me. The supervisor called me and we came up with a solution that satisfied me. It was either have the car ready Monday before close or refund me for the vehicle. The supervisor had got the vehicle pushed through the inspection process and I picked it up that evening. The supervisor (John) was good and understanding. The salesman (Alex) needs much improvement and more education on policy as well as integrity. I had made an appointment for the vehicle to get new tires and brakes. The day before the appointment I had called the service department to see if I could get a loaner vehicle while the car was getting work done because I had a seperate appointment that morning. I was told by an individual in the service department that someone will call me back "in a few minutes". After an hour I had called back, since I was not, and was told the service department was now closed. Out of everyone I spoke to or interacted with at the dealership besides Dan, John and an office gal was horrible. I really for better results in the future. Thank you for your time. Ryan More
