His attention to detail and follow through reminding me the buyer of options I never new i had was key. Customer service should not end after the sale, but way after and he shines in that regard, the post sale etiquette. His is a unique brand of customer service and dry wit that mad the process smooth and fun. that’s why I recommend my family and Friends to him as well. My fiancé and I stopped into Circle BMW this past Saturday morning and met with Alex. We are a BMW loyalists and were in the market for a new one but really didn't know what to buy. Alex was very patient, professional, very knowledgeable and helped through the process. The transaction overall went very smoothly from the time we spent with Alex, Danny (manager) and into the Finance Department Hon. All were very accomodating, professional and made us feel comfortable that we made the right decision. I highly recommend Circle of BMW and I'll definitely be back there again in a couple of years for a new one!! More
