A few days later, Alex reached out by phone and told me Circle BMW unexpectedly received the exact car I was asking about a few days ago. I was floored... not just because the model was suddenly available, but also because Alex was nice enough to immediately think of me. He provided the financial information I needed almost immediately and I was at Circle BMW the next day to pick up my dream car. The leasing process was straight forward with no gimmicks or surprises. Everything was transparent and staff spent nearly an hour with me helping me set up my new vehicle.
