Sales team was great - made the process of getting our ideal vehicle smooth and enjoyable. But. 2 days later, dead battery, and needed a AAA boost. Pedder fell to pieces then. Their sales team ideal vehicle smooth and enjoyable. But. 2 days later, dead battery, and needed a AAA boost. Pedder fell to pieces then. Their sales team and service team don't know how to communicate, and overall management is absent. I asked to speak with a manager at the time of the incident but they refused to speak with me; never followed up. I walked away with replaced batteries, but I will never set foot in this location again. Also, the "certified used" is bogus - the didn't even bother to check the overall battery health. Who knows what other surprises I'm going to get! I didn't work with any of the people listed below. I don't know why you're forcing me to rate them. More

I bought a used car. Fine. It was a special Gladiator Rubicon Launch Edition. Pristine condition. It's set up for towing but the dealership had no idea where the acce Fine. It was a special Gladiator Rubicon Launch Edition. Pristine condition. It's set up for towing but the dealership had no idea where the accessories were to actually tow it. I found out who the original owner was via the Nav system. The reconditioning team didn't remove the personal info out of the vehicle before they resold it. Bad practice but good for me. I reached out to the original owner and asked him for some time to go over the vehicle. We met last weekend. That's where I found out he'd left a box of accessories for the Gladiator with the salesman, who claimed no knowledge of the box until he got a call from the other guy. Also "lost" the roof freedom panel storage bag that was with the vehicle when it was turned in. I'm wondering if the bag was an upgrade since this was a special edition Gladiator? Said all the stuff must have been stolen as if that would close this out. Also said something about firing a bunch of their reconditioning team too. I then talked to Alex, the sales manager about the issues I was having. Failure indications due to aftermarket suspension and the "lost" items that I KNOW were provided with the vehicle that are key to actually utilizing the upgrades and standard features of the vehicle. I even included web links in an e-mail so he understood what I was talking about. That was over a week ago and nothing. Not even a "nope, we're not responsible" e-mail. It went from "We'll make it right" to crickets. Jury is still out on a final review since I'm not done asking for the stuff back but right now I feel like I got ghosted.after the fact Missing items: Blue Ox base plate pins to connect a tow bar. Safety cables (2). Freedom Panel storage bag, Plus whatever else was in the box that was with the vehicle at turn in. Not a ton of stuff but stuff I KNOW was provided to the dealership and should have been included. More

Guys were nice and upfront about things. I just bought a used car and it had an issue. They worked on it until they couldn't.
