Thank you for caring After speaking with several different salesmen from several different dealerships, I set up a few appointments to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler and t After speaking with several different salesmen from several different dealerships, I set up a few appointments to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler and to look at some of their inventory. We have a 13 year old son who has a a few medical issues in lately. When I had to send a text to various salesmen and cancel our appointments, ONLY Kevin from Glendale Chrysler Jeep responded with thoughts of my son. Other salesmen responded and wanted to reschedule our appointment...Kevin responded and wanted to know how my son was doing!!!! My wife and I looked at each other and said THAT'S WHERE WE WILL GET IT. We ended up visiting the dealership on a Thursday when Kevin was off, but he referred us to Alex....great choice. Over the course of the next day or so, Alex helped us find the right jeep and get it for the right price. Thank You! As we are getting ready to leave the dealership after purchasing the new Jeep, a gentleman comes up to us and says " Hi, I am Kevin" (We had never actually met him, only spoken on the phone and via text"..."Hi, I am Kevin. Congratulations on your new Jeep....How's your son". He is doing fine now...thank you for caring!!! More

Alex was very helpful and made the process a breeze. We first met him 3 years ago when we weren't quite ready to purchase. Glad we were able to pickup where we left off with Alex. We will certainly recommend him to anyone else we know that may be in the market for a Jeep. Also want to give a shout out to Dan Kuhn who helped us one night when Alex was out.
