Terrible Experience I called and spoke to Alex about a used car they had. Went over some questions I had. He called me back after inspecting the car. Said front diffuser I called and spoke to Alex about a used car they had. Went over some questions I had. He called me back after inspecting the car. Said front diffuser had scratches, bumper with gouge and door with chips. But the car was dirty he said! Made appointment for next morning to look at car. We get there on time, meet Alex and he immediately turns us over to Brad. Who probably knows nothing about the issues we previously discussed. We walk out to inspect the car. First impressions, exterior of car is FILTHY! Engine bay and wheels are FILTHY! You didn't think to have the car detailed!? Totally unprofessional! The diffuser is beat up with scratches, gouges all over. Scratches and chips on doors. Big gouge in bumper. Who knows about the paint because of all the dirt. 2 year old car with 8400 miles. Brad couldn't stop talking and didn't listen to what I wanted to happen first. The trade difference. Bad mouthed us for only being interested in the color of the car. I've had 4 of this model and color was why we wanted the car. Our choice. Needless to say we left after driving a long distance for a poor experience. More
