Alex, a salesman and Ryan Nyguen, finance manager, were only Two of the people I worked with that kept pushing me to spend more. Ryan forced my sale to close by saying “If I can get this number, right now, do I have your signature” among other things. I am a first time buyer and got completely ripped off. I was able to get an 8% interest rate though they used the incorrect credit score that was obtained (without my permission) from another dealership that I mentioned going to. I am extremely disappointed in Norman Reeves Honda. More
