I received a call from the General Manager of Honda Huntington Beach after we leased an HR‑V. I had given a 1‑star review because we felt the sales manager led us to believe that maintenance service on Huntington Beach after we leased an HR‑V. I had given a 1‑star review because we felt the sales manager led us to believe that maintenance service on our leased car was covered by Honda. I later learned that the maintenance cost was actually taken out of our down payment. After I explained this to the General Manager, he told me he would refund the maintenance cost. I never received the check. For this reason, I am rating this dealer 1 star (and would give it a negative rating if possible). More
