I had an ex extremely difficult time and setting up an appointment for installation of a trailer hitch. I had called numerous times to multiple service advisors to check on the arrival of a trailer hitch appointment for installation of a trailer hitch. I had called numerous times to multiple service advisors to check on the arrival of a trailer hitch and wire harness assembly and some cross bars that I had ordered when I purchased my new vehicle from Boucher Hyundai. When it came time to pick up my car after the installation of trailer hitch and wire harness I realized that the cross bars were also installed. This was against my instructions of not to install the crossfires as I would do it myself. Once I returned home I discovered one of the caps on the crossbar was missing. I immediately called Devin and inform him of the missing piece. Devon said he would check with the service tech to see if it was missed. I also asked if you would check on availability of a replacement part for this missing crossbar cap. It has been two days now I have yet to receive a response from Devin as to the availability or if they found the missing cap in the service Bay Area. I have very little confidence that I will return that I will get a return call from Devin. This by far has been my worst experience to date with Boucher Hyundai service department. More

Had poor experience at this dealer. Refused to cover faulty part under warranty. Went to other dealer and it was covered without problems. Issue with the transmission that is requiring it to be replaced under warranty. Have been waiting a month for it to be replaced. Parts are in. I have to call the service representative for any updates. No replaced under warranty. Have been waiting a month for it to be replaced. Parts are in. I have to call the service representative for any updates. No communication from service even though I was told I would be updated. Extremely concerned other mechanical issues will develop due to the lack of communication from Boucher. Very disappointed since car was purchased from Boucher. Need this to be resolved asap. More
