My palisade needed a new transmission and is only 5 years old. Everything (except deductible and tax) was covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed there and was happy with the experience. Then is t old. Everything (except deductible and tax) was covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed there and was happy with the experience. Then is took 5 weeks for the parts to arrive (understand that's not within the dealers control, still frustrating) but then it took another week for the work to be completed! Alex was professional and courteous throughout. On my way home, the engine overheated 3 times in less than 10 minutes! Had to have it towed back to the dealer again only to find someone neglected to bleed the coolant system properly and left air pockets. Had to go back AGAIN to pick up the next day. All the while I was asking for a courtesy vehicle and one did not become available until 3 business days prior to pick up. I was also only informed about rental reimbursement the week before pick up. Super frustrating process! More

Very shiny and clean showroom and service department. I dealt with Alex for 9 weeks as I had a major warranty claim. His communication was regular and thorough. I hope I don't have to go through this situation again, but Alex made the situation much easier. More

Car was in for factory recall. Since the fix the car has been back in 3 times with in 2 weeks. Got the car back and day later check engine light came on. No too confident in bringing car back to this repair shop. More

The communication was absolutely terrible. I was never given a loaner vehicle like I was promised. Nobody would return my calls, and they had my car for 6 1/2 weeks. I brought my car last week of December and didn't receive it till just a week ago. Since then, we've tried calling the dealership almost everyday because my car still has the check engine light on. After we received no response we finally took it to a mechanic near us and the mechanic told us that there was a screw that was loose and there is a problem with the sensor. This mechanic told us that he did not know why Hyundai gave us the car back like that. Today we were finally able to reach Alex from the service area. His response and the fact that my car is not fixed, despite it being at the dealership for over 2 months, is what pushed me to give the rating of 1. We also tried to reach Rob, the manager, who never responded. The communication from the service area was very poor and never had any clear answers. I now have to bring it to a dealership near us again because that’s the only thing that Alex was “able” to do. Overall it was such an inconvenient and unpleasant experience. More
