Regarding our recent 2025 Ford Explorer purchase, our Salesperson, Jon Demaster, AND the Financial Rep, Alex Hernandez, were excellent to work with. Both individuals showed professionalism and experience as they worked with us. First, Jon went above and beyond to help FIND us the vehicle we were looking for. We were very specific in our request, and Jon was able to locate and in a timely manner, he was able to obtain the vehicle from another Dealership. We were also specific and steadfast on the price we wanted to pay for a vehicle of this type. We felt he met our needs promptly after we had several emails and conversations back & forth. He then secured the vehicle, brought it to EVS, and prepped it for delivery. Clean, neat, and a FULL tank of fuel for our trip back to Green Bay, WI. This is now the "2nd" vehicle we have purchased from EVS, and with Jon Demaster as our Salesperson. Great Job Jon. Secondly, as we dealt the Alex to finalize the financial part of this purchase, we found him to be well prepared, and experienced with the knowledgable to explain the paperwork and specifics of the purchase we were undertaking. The only thing I wish was different was the fact that the dealership didn't include a disclosure of a leaky seal in the online listing even though they were disclosing it in the terms of the sale. It was only brought to my attention on the day I was planning on driving out to see the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Not Alex's fault at all, just something I thought the dealership should include in their listing so their sales people know about it when answering customer questions. Otherwise, great experience. The price of the new truck, the generous trade value they offered, no added BS/sneaky fee’s, and best of all they didn’t push or guilt me in to purchasing the extended warranties after I declined the first time. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a ford dealership as this being my 3rd brand new vehicle bought at 3 different dealer. Stress free and painless (yes even in the finance office). Great job and thank you Alex and Matt! This was well worth the drive from Iowa and will come here again when I’m due for another vehicle. More
