The staff I encountered was pleasant, acknowledged my presence even though they were momentarily assisting another customer via phone. The staff at the office desk checked to be sure we had enough coffee and cookies of which both were very welcomed after a bumpy start to the morning. Great Buying Experience We were looking for a new SUV and Sommer's had 3 makes that were on our short list. Alex lined up all 3 side by side so we could compare them to each We were looking for a new SUV and Sommer's had 3 makes that were on our short list. Alex lined up all 3 side by side so we could compare them to each other. All of them were black so color would not sway our opinion. After driving all of the brand new vehicles were were leaning towards the 2019 Buick Enclave but we wanted to look a little more because there were other makes we wanted to look at. Before we left Alex showed us a couple of low mileage CPO Enclaves. Both were extremely nice and much less expensive than a new one. After heading home and doing some additional research we called Alex back and bought a beautiful 2019 Enclave Avenir with less than 12,000 miles. Extremely easy to work with and no pressure. We will go back to Sommer's next time we are looking for a new car. More
