I purchased a new Silverado, I requested the advertised deal of 0% interest and 90 days no payments. They blew through the "signing" and turns out they set up the payment to start in 30 days. I was told by GM finacial that the dealer needed to correct this with an amendment to the contract. I went to the dealership and ask them to fix it, was told someone would call me in couple days. NO call came. Stopped by the dealership a week later and was told I didn't tell them that I wanted that deal! The whole time I was negotiating I was talking about the that deal. the finance manager actually showed me a different finance package that I would get a larger rebate if I agreed to a 3.9% loan. I told him "No, I want the 0% deal." They refuse to fix their mistake. The finance manager was very arrogant and rude towards me. We would recommend you go anywhere else than this dealership. More
