Bought a truck from there and everything was great until it wasn’t. Got the truck home and parked it as it’s not a daily driver. Finally took the truck to get inspected and tags, when putting license plate it wasn’t. Got the truck home and parked it as it’s not a daily driver. Finally took the truck to get inspected and tags, when putting license plate on notice dent and scratch on bumper. Looked back at pics I took quickly on the lot to show my family of our new truck. When I zoom in I can see the marks of that dent. Finally, now we know that it was like that when we purchased the truck. Called Laura back and she said “there’s no way in xxxx….” I have pictures showing it. She wasn’t having it and went from what can we do to make you happy, to continue your business to “no way in xxxx”. So yes, I hung up on her because she’s not having any part of even thinking about the fact that we bought this truck with a dented bumper. Seriously you get us a new bumper- what is the harm in making something right that you can prove instead of getting loud and defensive. I’m not going to listen to it and I sure didn’t deserve it but she did deserve me kindly hanging up on her and her temper. Stan McNabb do better. It’s simply a new bumper that either came to your business from the factory that way or was bumped at some point on the lot. What does it really cost you? But now you have poor rating because of your high tempered defensive employee. More
