I searched the entire Sacramento area for a white 2021 Honda Insight Touring and could not find one. Several dealerships didn’t even have a 2021 Honda Insight Touring in any color on their lot, and some w Honda Insight Touring and could not find one. Finally, I test drove an EX, which is similar, at a Sacramento dealership. They even located the Touring I wanted in Santa Rosa and were going to arrange to have it driven to Sacramento for me, but the negotiation process was like pulling teeth. I left and decided that since I knew the car I wanted existed in Santa Rosa, I could drive there myself and buy it. I accessed the web site of Manly Honda. Much to my surprise, Manly Honda’s web site offered a price deal that was over $1,000 less that the price deals offered by TrueCar, AAA Auto Club, Costco Auto Club, Kelly Blue Book, etc., and much less than the amount I had tried to negotiate with the Sacramento dealership! All I had to do was buy it. No hassle whatsoever. I dealt with Alex Iniguez. He was amazing and so easy to work with! He was even able to work out a good trade-in value for my former vehicle. I drove to Santa Rosa to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car, and that process went smoothly as well. Ali Tanbakuchi, the Finance Manager, was very easy to work with as well. The entire process of buying my new car through Manly Honda was awesome! I drove away in my brand new car and have been in love with it since. Everyone who sees it love it. It’s such a great car. We were so pleased with how things went with the trade-in of our older vehicle and the purchase of our used, but new-to-us SUV, that we decided to buy another vehicle that we liked the following day. Our sales consultant, Jacob Knight, was very friendly, easy-going, and we felt like he really wanted to get us the vehicle we wanted with the conditions we were hoping for. Alex Iniguez, another sales consultant, also helped us a bit while we were there and he was also very friendly and helpful...unfortunately, our interaction was short. Since we purchased two vehicles, we worked with two finance managers: Ali Tanbakuchi and Edgar Medina. Ali was exceptionally personable and great about explaining the terms of the purchase. Edgar was also quite friendly and explained the purchase conditions and paperwork in a way that was easy to understand. The prices of our vehicles were great, but the highlight of our Manly Honda experience was the excellent customer service. More
