Not sure if it is worth anyone's time. In summary, it all felt like the typical car-buying experience of 90s that we all had gotten sick of (and thought we had put it behind us!) My experience with Greg and Manly Honda was beyond excellent. My car had been recently totaled, and I actually did not want to shop for a new car. Greg was simply awesome! He was sympathetic, patient, excellent. My car had been recently totaled, and I actually did not want to shop for a new car. Greg was simply awesome! He was sympathetic, patient, proactive, very, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He took his time and walked me through the entire process of getting my new car. He helped me find it during a time that I was still dealing with a lot of negative fallout from my accident. He made the entire experience pleasant and informative. His expertise saved me a lot of time and money. He had a few tips about how to utilize some of the features in my new car and even cut my interest rate almost in half! I was preapproved by my credit union, but they used a different credit score and my interest rate was 11%. He found a way to use a better credit score and my final interest rate is just over 7%! So not only did he find me the perfect car replacement, but he also saved me quite a bit of money on my loan. It was easy to arrange a time to do paperwork and pick up my car. He made sure the process was seamless and that his coworkers were informed every step of the way. The dealership offers a 250 mile or one week money back guarantee. I was pleasantly surprised! Greg explained that if I had any reason to bring the car back during that time I would receive a full refund. Not just a credit towards another car, but a refund. I use that time to have the car checked out by a professional mechanic who found nothing wrong. In fact, they said the car was in excellent condition and any work that may have been needed was already done by the dealership. In conclusion, my experience was positive from start to finish. I have had my car for several weeks now and have come to realize it’s better than the one that was totaled. Many heartfelt thanks to Greg, his team, and Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. More

Best car-buying experience I've ever had I never thought I'd say this about buying a car, but Manly Honda in Santa Rosa made the whole process actually pleasant — and that's mostly because of the pe thought I'd say this about buying a car, but Manly Honda in Santa Rosa made the whole process actually pleasant — and that's mostly because of the people. Gage was my sales guy, and he was awesome from start to finish. No pressure, no games — just a straight-up guy who listened to what I wanted and helped me find the right Jeep without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. He was patient, answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and made me feel like he actually cared about getting me into the right vehicle, not just making a sale. If you're looking for a salesperson who's genuine and easy to talk to, ask for Gage. Then there's Rosa in finance. I'll be honest — I was dreading the finance part. But Rosa was a lifesaver. She walked me through everything step by step, made sure I understood what I was signing, and was super transparent about all the numbers. She really went to bat for me to make the financing work, and I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me get a deal that fit my budget. She's professional, knowledgeable, and just a really kind person to work with. The whole team at Manly Honda made what could've been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. I drove off in my 2019 Jeep Wrangler feeling excited and confident, and I honestly can't thank Gage and Rosa enough. If you're in the Santa Rosa area and need a car, go see Gage and Rosa — they'll take good care of you. More
