Disappointed in this service. Found out after reviewing video from service tech that I paid for replacing part that didn’t need to be replaced. Won’t deal with service advisor I had in the future. Noticed several of the service advisors I had previously dealt with who provided good service and customer relations are no longer there. Is this an indication of future customer relations? I have purchased 6 vehicles from Classic Honda and always had all service done there. Will need to rethink future purchases and vehicle service if next visit doesn’t improve. More
