Atrocious. They called every day to get me to schedule my first oil change. I did so and they gave me a reservation of 1pm on a Saturday. When I asked what the delay was, I was told "they are backed up" and mine would be next. This was the 4th time in the dealership for service and it was the same every time. My family had been going to them for years and years. We all agreed to never return. More
