Stay away from this dealership. Today I took my charger to this dealership for service at which point I was never greeted or acknowledged. Finally after waiting I spoke with Mike S f Today I took my charger to this dealership for service at which point I was never greeted or acknowledged. Finally after waiting I spoke with Mike S from the service department who was very shallow and rude. I explained to him that dodge setup my appointment and that a loaner was suppose to be ready as well. He argued with me and said that is not how it works and that I would have to pay for the loaner. After I called Dodge directly they fixed the loaner issue right away. When my loaner from enterprise was on its way I told Mike S that I need to take things out of my car at which point he said they wouldn't move the car. After I got my rental I noticed my car was moved even though I had the key and the door was locked. When I asked how they got in, Mike S said they used a "jimmy" to get through. At that time I noticed a dent in my drivers side pillar. I told him that it wasn't like that when I had the car and he continued to say that it was. I talked to the service director Geraldo who stated that "he's guys said they didn't do it so he has to side with them". I filed a police report and when the police asked to show how they got into the car the guy said he didn't want to damage the car by getting into it.if I could rate this dealership a "0" I would. More

Great customer service When I walked in I was greeted right away by Manny. He knew exactly what I wanted even when I wasn't really sure what fit me and my budget. He showed me the jeep cherokee I fell in love with it right away. The best part about it was my payments were less than I expected it to be. Manny was great so when looking for a great car deal go to Sherman Dodge and ask For Manny you wont regret it. More

Satisfied with my new Jeep Everyone was so accomodating and helpful. Matt Tokarski assisted me from start to finish and even drove my old car back.
