He remembers everything you said and he said -- which is great because we know he was listening and translating our needs into a solution for us. Alex shepherded me through the whole process of arranging the lease, orienting me to the new vehicle, and getting the final servicing done. He did a great job! Chang took us through the nitty-gritty of the document finalization and signing. Quite entertaining, he is! All in all, these three were professional while being great to work with! More

Mike the Business Manager also was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend this dealership. I was a bit leery because i had worked with a different Luther dealership prior to this that wasn't so great. This one was a completely different experience... much better. More

Dishonest Bought a used RDX here. They tried to low ball my trade in, saying they would just wholesale it. Two days later it was for sale on their lot. I had a Bought a used RDX here. I had a follow up issue with the vehicle which I contacted them about less than 4 days after purchase and it took two calls and 4 emails to finally get a response where they didn’t take responsibility for damage they likely caused. He also lied and said he tried to contact me earlier, but I had no missed calls, voicemails, or emails from him. More
